Summary

Chef de Partie – Production Kitchen
Location: Battersea, London
Full-time | 2 Positions Available
Shift Options:

  • 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking experienced and motivated Chef de Parties to join our production kitchen team. This role supports the morning dispatch operation, ensuring high standards in food preparation, packing, and presentation. You will take responsibility for your section and contribute to the overall success of daily kitchen operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to delivering consistent quality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Report for duty punctually in the correct uniform and protective clothing, following grooming standards

  • Assist with daily kitchen operations to ensure all items are prepared, labelled, packed and dispatched on time

  • Follow established HACCP procedures and food safety standards

  • Help manage stock rotation, freezer organisation, and accurate food labelling

  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment and report any hazards immediately

  • Use recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes

  • Support tastings and job preparations as required

  • Ensure proper handling and understanding of allergens

  • Minimise food waste through accurate planning and careful preparation

  • Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff, supporting the team when needed

  • Step up in the absence of the Head Chef to maintain smooth operations

Key expectations:

  • Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or production kitchen role

  • Ability to work effectively during early morning shifts

  • High attention to detail and food presentation

  • Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-focused approach

  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage time well under pressure
