Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Currently with 24 schools, the East Midlands Education Trust represents the full educational age range of 3 - 19 including an alternative education provider. Our Central Services Team are now seeking to appoint a HR Recruitment & Administration Officer to cover maternity leave for period of 12 months.

Our aim is to provide high quality HR administrative support to our schools, focusing on recruitment and payroll.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you need to be highly organised and have a high attention to detail. The postholder must be a strong administrator and have the ability to learn and apply employment law consistently.Previous HR experience or training would be a distinct advantage.

Based at eitherThe West Bridgford School, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford; orThe Joseph Whitaker School, Warsop Lane, Rainworth, working a Hybrid working pattern (after initial training period).
