Part-time – 0.8 FTE/29.2 hours per week*
University College is seeking to appoint an efficient and experienced Academic Services Administrator. This is a varied post, working in a busy and lively team, with responsibility for the administration of on-course undergraduate student matters and academic recruitment. *The post may be offered on a full-time basis until October 2027 to cover additional PA duties temporarily.
The ideal candidate will bring a considerable level of general office administration experience, a highly organized and methodical approach to work, good attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong IT skills and the ability to work flexibly at times are essential. Whilst experience within the University or one of its colleges is desirable, a clear understanding of the College’s values and academic purpose and a belief in the importance of higher education is necessary.
