Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
- Provide legal advice and support on property sales, purchases, leases, and related matters.
- Lead on disposals and sales processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and other legal instruments.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly.
