Join Scottish Borders Council as a Modern Apprentice and kick start your career in Passenger Transport. This paid apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Business and Administration qualification while gaining hands on experience across various departments. You’ll work under the guidance of a supervisor, developing valuable skills through on-the-job training and formal sessions, with regular support Borders College.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Passenger Transport team, maintaining a work portfolio, and adhering to council policies on health, safety, and equality. This role is ideal for school or college leavers and those new to the workplace seeking practical experience and career progression.

Essential

National 5 Maths/English or equivalent

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
