Summary

Job Purpose

Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across East Ayrshire Leisure Trust, the Co-ordinator will ensure the delivery of the highest quality services, supporting change, challenging the status quo and contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework the postholder will strive to exceed the expectations of the East Ayrshire Leisure Strategy and Delivery Plan.

Your enthusiasm and passion for managing high quality leisure facilities, in particular ice rinks, will be driven by a commitment to co-ordinate outstanding services that are valued and embedded in local community life, improving the enjoyment, health and wellbeing of local people. Contributing to the provision and design of innovative and modern activities and multi-sports venues, you will enhance opportunities for our venues to flourish by maximising capacity and becoming a thriving, customer-focussed facility.

Rate of Pay

Salary: £28665 - £30540 per annum

Hours of work will be 35 hours per week as per the attached work pattern.

12.5% shift allowance is applicable to this position.
