Summary

Account Handler New Business Fleet Sales

Salary: Up to £31,500 basic + uncapped bonus

Location: Cheshire / Wirral border, Hybrid (up to 3 days office-based)

We’re looking for a confident, driven Account Handler to join our growing team, focusing on new business within the Motor Fleet space. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the buzz of sales, thrives on building relationships, and wants to be part of a business that values its people.
You’ll be handling new business enquiries, negotiating with underwriters, and delivering outstanding service to clients from day one. We’re after someone who’s not just good on the phone, but who genuinely understands what clients need and knows how to deliver it.
Ideally, you’ll have 1–2 years’ broking experience and a solid understanding of fleet insurance however, strong sales professionals will also be considered and it's a great chance to on board into the insurance industry. If you’re target-driven, commercially minded, and want to be rewarded for your success, this could be the perfect next step.
