Summary

We're now looking for an organised and motivated Administrator - Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team in Basingstoke. You'll combine both office and home working to ensure a positive work / life balance.
The Role
You will provide a variety of administrative functions to support the SNG Regional & Central Sales and Marketing teams. Ensure data accuracy in across various systems and supporting with ongoing audit requirements across all tenures.
Working closely with the Sales Compliance Manager, this role will deliver key accountabilities. While this role is primarily admin and task focused, there is an expectation for independent decision making, ownership of small projects and contribution to workload planning and identifying and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage signing and sealing process for all regions / tenures
Day to day management of Agresso and raising/distributing purchase orders
Completion of CORE reporting on all sales to Homes England
Administrative support to the resales team on transactions
Update systems such as CRM and VOIDs spreadsheet with accurate dates and information to ensure compliance across our insurance policies etc
Process refunds on sales transactions, working with accounts to ensure prompt payments
Complete individual file audits at the end of each transaction
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can spot potential issues early, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You'll need to be confident in communicating with different stakeholders and highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a property sales or estate agency environment preferred, but not essential.
Ability to be a self-starter, motivated, organised and adaptable
Excellent numerical and writing skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to consider, comment and support on new processes and ways of working
Confidence and tenacity to source and present solutions independently
Strong communication and organisational skills
