Summary
Reporting to the Head of Contracts & Performance, the post holder will provide regular updates to the PFI Expiry Project Team, while also liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and responsible for providing monthly formal reports to the Programme Board. The post holder will also hold a PFI leadership and oversight role as an estates specialist who advises the Trust on PFI expiry contract delivery and compliance at QEH and at the Riverside PFI project at Lewisham University Hospital. The postholder will significantly contribute to the options appraisal concerning future investment and estates service delivery models for QEH post PFI expiry. The postholder will provide comprehensive support to the Head of Contracts & Performance PFI and will have responsibility for the delivery of contract monitoring in relation to the PFI Expiry programme.
