Summary
Take responsibility for answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, ensuring the dignity, respect and confidentiality of the patients is always maintained Provide cover for other clinically based ward clerks during leave/sickness on an ad-hoc basis as required. To provide general cover during annual leave and sickness of other administration staff. To create and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels, internal and external across the whole health economy.
