Summary
Great opportunity to work as a General Operative for our client - A leading and long-established manufacturer of construction products for the UK.
Staffline is recruiting General Operatives in Barnsley.
The rate of pay is £13.40 per hour.
This is a full-time role working weekly rotating shifts and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a General Operative your duties include:
- Monitoring machines during production to ensure quality and safety.
- Measuring dimensions to match specifications (diameter, length, flexibility).
- Packaging products securely for delivery.
- Following safety guidelines for handling plastics, adhesives, and cutting tools.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have the ability to read measurements and follow instructions. You will have basic mechanical skills.
Applicants will show good attention to detail for quality and safety.
No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
