Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join ULTICARE. You will provide safe, efficient personal, practical, and social care to our service users in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to service users, delivering personal, practical, and social care in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist service users with a variety of daily tasks while always respecting their dignity, privacy, and independence.
Adhere at all times to the Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers in England, as published by the General Social Care Council.
Contribute to the development of new and innovative ways of working, helping to manage changes that improve the quality of care and outcomes for our clients.
Work collaboratively with service users, their carers, and relatives to ensure person-centred care.
What We’re Looking For
Caring and respectful attitude.
Good communication skills in English; additional fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati is highly desirable.
Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
