Summary


This is a unique opportunity for a Permanent HR BP, both hands-on and strategic. This will suit you if you enjoy autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a trusted partner to the leadership team, driving people initiatives that support business growth while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.You'll be both operational and strategic, rolling up your sleeves when needed, while also shaping the future of the people strategy.Key Responsibilities

  • Talent & Leadership Development: Design and deliver initiatives that support employee growth, leadership capability, and career progression.
  • Succession & Workforce Planning: Implement robust talent and succession planning frameworks to future-proof the organisation.
  • Well-being & Engagement: Champion well-being initiatives that support a healthy, engaged workforce.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent aligned with the organisation's values.
  • ⚖️ Employee Relations: Manage ER cases from start to finish, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair, consistent outcomes.
  • Change & Restructure Management: Lead and support organisational change projects, including restructures and transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a coach and sounding board to managers and leaders.
  • Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home.


About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with confidence.
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge, with experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Passionate about culture, engagement, and making a difference.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent (or working towards).
