We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support our Director of Finance and Operations in keeping the school safe, compliant, and sustainable. This varied role covers Health & Safety, GDPR, disaster recovery, sustainability, and wider compliance matters.What You’ll DoMaintain H&S policies, risk assessments, and records, including asbestos management.Handle GDPR requests, manage data retention, and liaise with the Data Protection Officer.Keep disaster recovery plans up-to-date and coordinate crisis communications.Support the school’s Climate Action Plan and sustainability initiatives.Manage other compliance requests and uphold safeguarding procedures.About YouExperience in compliance (education or similar environment).Excellent communication and IT skills.Detail-focused, flexible, and professional.A team player with a keen interest in compliance.Why Join Us?Make a real impact on the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our school while working across a variety of compliance areas.
