Hours: 37 hours per week, term-time only (including 5 training days)

Salary: Level 4A, Point 11-15, £24,178.68 - £25,795.97 gross per annum (actual salary)

We are seeking to appoint an Pastoral Support Officer – Maternity Cover to join our supportive and friendly team committed to working with teachers and support staff to develop how students manage their behaviour. You will work under the guidance of the Assistant Head (Pastoral & Inclusion) and Head of Year to deliver effective support to individuals and groups of students.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with students supporting behaviour related issues. You will be highly motivated, understanding and have a passion for making a difference and ensuring that pupil life opportunities are enhanced.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to enabling all pupils to achieve the very best they can.
