"Working at Carlton Forum as a Leisure Attendant has been one of the most valuable experiences of my life. When I first started, I didn’t realise how much I would grow, not just in terms of the role itself, but as a person. I've developed real confidence in myself, learned how to handle responsibility, and become someone who can communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team. The role pushes you to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and work together to overcome challenges. But it’s also a really supportive environment.

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely grow, make a difference, and be part of a welcoming team, Carlton Forum is the place to be." - Tyler – Leisure Attendant.
