Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plastic Injection Moulder Machine Operator to join our clients production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in plastic injection moulding (preferred).
- Basic mechanical and technical understanding of injection moulding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift materials.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required.
