Summary

We're looking for an Out of Hours (OOH) Customer Services Advisor to join our Kier Places team based in Centenary House, Basingstoke.



Location: Centenary House, Basingstoke

Hours: Shift patterns of 4 on 4 off including weekdays and weekends, various working hours between 5pm and 8am - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?As an OOH Customer Services Advisor, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering efficient and professional out-of-hours service coverage.

Your day to day will include:

-Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to capture, record, and distribute service calls via the CAFAM system

-Raising reactive and handyman work orders for engineers and contract managers

-Monitoring email inboxes and scheduling work orders

-Closing down urgent work orders and providing emergency out-of-hours cover

-Supporting performance targets and contributing to broader team goals



What are we looking for?This role of OOH Customer Services Advisor is great for you if:

-You have an excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills

-You demonstrate IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

-You have accurate data entry skills and excellent attention to detail

-You can build and maintain effective working relationships

-You are willing to undergo CTC Clearance and complete mandatory training including CAFAM System Training and Kier compliance e-learning

A full driving licence is not required for this role.
