A day in the life of an Operations Manager…

As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence across all hotel departments. You’ll:

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Oversee daily operations, stepping in for the General Manager when required
  • Analyse guest feedback and lead action plans to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive performance, recruitment, and team development
  • Contribute to the hotel’s strategic business plan and maximise revenue opportunities

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with strong Food & Beverage expertise. You’ll be the go-to leader for F&B strategy, ensuring our bar, restaurant, and events deliver exceptional quality and profitability. What do we need from you?
  • Proven experience managing at Head of Department level within a hotel or hospitality venue – ideally with a major global brand
  • Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience – from operational delivery to financial performance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Commercially astute, with a track record of driving revenue and controlling costs
  • A passion for exceptional guest service and living our brand standards every day
