As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence across all hotel departments. You’ll:
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Oversee daily operations, stepping in for the General Manager when required
- Analyse guest feedback and lead action plans to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with department heads to drive performance, recruitment, and team development
- Contribute to the hotel’s strategic business plan and maximise revenue opportunities

- Proven experience managing at Head of Department level within a hotel or hospitality venue – ideally with a major global brand
- Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience – from operational delivery to financial performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Commercially astute, with a track record of driving revenue and controlling costs
