The Role As a key member of our Aftersales team, Being the Aftersales Advisor you will:

- Coordinate between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents efficiently and professionally.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer enquiries.

- Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness.

- Interpret customer concerns, keeping them updated throughout the process.

- Provide clear advice and guidance to help customers resolve vehicle issues.

- Ensure customer needs and expectations are fully understood and met.

About You We’re looking for an Aftersales Advisor, someone who can deliver exceptional customer experiences every time. The ideal candidate will:

- Have proven experience in a busy customer service role (motor trade experience desirable).

- Possess excellent PC, telephone, and administration skills.

- Be confident, personable, and able to build long-term customer relationships.

- Communicate clearly and concisely, even when explaining complex information.

- Be customer-focused, proactive, and solution-driven.

- Show resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from feedback.

- Demonstrate strong technical awareness or understanding of vehicles (advantageous).
