Are you passionate about technology and enjoy working with your hands? Our Digital Device Repair Trainee Bootcamp is a hands-on training programme designed to equip you with the technical skills and knowledge needed to start a career in device diagnostics and repair.
What You’ll Learn:
* Fundamentals of digital device hardware and software
* Diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and laptops
* Troubleshooting common device issues
* Tools and techniques used in professional repair environments
* Workplace health & safety and customer service essentials
Who We’re Looking For:
* Enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in tech
* No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn
* Must be based in Essex and/or able to travel to Essex and Colchester for in-person training
* A good level of English and basic computer literacy
Outcomes:
* Industry-relevant skills and hands-on experience
* Support with employability, CV building, and interview prep
* Pathways to employment or further qualifications in the tech repair field
