Summary
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Multi Trade Technician Support Assistant to join our centre based Construction Training Team.
This poistion is term time only (Mon- Thurs)
You’ll help set up materials, keep the workshop safe and organised, and support learners during practical sessions. This is a great role for someone with bricklaying or construction experience who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a difference.
What you’ll do:
• Prep and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
• Support staff and students in brickwork workshops
• Promote safe working practices and teamwork
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in brickwork/construction including plastering, painting and decorating and carpentry.
• Organised, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Friendly and supportive with young people
