About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for an Extra Care service supporting adults with a variety of needs, including mental health and complex care requirements. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

What we’re looking for
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within Health & Social Care

Experience working with adults with mental health needs, complex care, or behaviours that challenge

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage your team

Good IT skills

A recognised Health & Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent – e.g. Nurse, Social Worker)
