We are excited to offer an opportunity for aBand 6 Screenerto join ourdynamic and supportive Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). As a Band 6 Screener, you will play a vital role in theinitial assessment and triageof referrals into the CMHT. You will be responsible for identifying the most appropriate care pathways for individuals experiencing complex mental health needs, ensuring timely and effective support. This is afrontline clinical role that requires strong decision-making skills, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
