Your new company
An SEN School Administrator based in Sandwell, is looking for an experienced School Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm and will be a long term opportunity to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
As an SEN School Administrator, you will support the operations for a very busy school office. You'll provide essential administrative support to staff, pupils, and families, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your role will include:
- Managing pupil records and safeguarding documentation
- Coordinating EHCP reviews and liaising with local authorities
- Supporting admissions and transitions
- Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases
- Providing a warm, professional front-of-house presence
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented and empathetic, patient, and passionate about inclusive education. You will be an Experienced in school administration (SEN experience preferred) and proficient in IT systems including SIMS and Microsoft Office
