Summary

We're looking for a Site Managers to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team working on the Anglian Water Alliance



Location: Norwich/ Ipswich

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



In this role, you will be working on the Anglian Water Alliance part of the IMRDS (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services). The team maintain the water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service customers.



What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the mainlaying team, supporting them in the site management of projects from inception to completion. The role is site-based working collaboratively between other members of the delivery team.



Your day to day will include:

-Day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams and sub-contractors on site

-Effective utilisation of time and resources to meet budgets and delivery programmes

-Carry out the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality, environmental and performance standards

-Ensure work meets required water industry regulations and Anglian Water approved standards

-Ensure cost and progress issues are highlighted & reported in a timely manner via proactive and innovative situation solving skills



What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if you hold:

-Effective management of sub-contractors with excellent customer relationship skills within the construction/ utilities/ water industry

-The following tickets: SMSTS, CSCS and NRSWA Supervisor

-People management experience

-Basic IT skills including Microsoft programmes

-Full driving licence
