Are you a dedicated and resilient Support Worker looking for a rewarding role? We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to support one gentleman with learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour in the Bugle area.
Role Details:
• Location: Bugle, Cornwall
• Shifts:
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekdays: Flexible hours available
• Waking nights also available
You’ll be working as part of a small team, providing one-to-one support in a structured environment, helping the individual maintain routines, build independence, and enjoy meaningful daily activities.
Requirements:
• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
• Up-to-date Manual Handling and Safeguarding training
• Enhanced DBS
• Reliability, patience, and a person-centred approach to care
