Warehouse Operative - Chipping Warden

Location: Chipping Warden (must drive - no public transport links)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 17:00

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing client in Chipping Warden. This role is ideal for candidates seeking steady, full-time hours in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently.

  • Assisting with general warehouse duties, including loading/unloading.

  • Ensuring all goods are stored and handled safely.

  • Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own transport (no public transport to site).

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential.

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
