AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00) - £14.05 per hour

Day Shifts (08:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 18:00) - £13.07 per hour

Rotational Shifts (06:00 - 14:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 / 14:00 - 22:00) - £15.03 per hour
The Best Connection are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics company in Banbury. You'll be working in a clean, modern environment picking and packing medical products ready for nationwide distribution.
Key Responsibilities-
Picking and packing medical products with accuracy and care.

Preparing orders for dispatch to customers and health care providers.

Following all Health & Safety and hygiene standards.

Using scanning systems and paperwork to complete orders.

Supporting general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Previous warehouse or order picking/packing experience is desirable.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when handling medical products.

Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.

All applicants must complete a drug and alcohol test at induction.
