Summary

Do you have the resilience, patience, and energy to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people?

We are proud to be supporting an Outstanding day and residential special school for 97 boys aged 10-16. The school provides tailored support for pupils with a range of needs, including ADHD, autism, and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

Their residential unit offers weekday evening placements for up to 20 pupils, providing a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Child Care Worker to join the team on a maternity cover contract from October 2025. This is a term-time only role, working three evenings per week.

This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a skilled and caring team, where your support will help create a positive, engaging, and nurturing environment for pupils.
