Summary
Senior Utility Analyst
£27,000- £30,500 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
6-month secondment
Manchester city centre - We're now working in a hybrid way, with colleagues dividing their time between home/remote working and the office, 2 days per week
We're looking for a Senior Utility Analyst to join our Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'.
As a Senior Utility Analyst, you'll support us to validate utility bills for suppliers, helping to make sure that they're paid accurately and on time, and managing more complex queries on behalf of the team. This is a great opportunity to step up to a more senior position if you already have some experience int the utility industry, working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
What you'll do
* Validate utility bills for internal and external customers, taking on complex accounts for the team
* Complete COTs (Change of Tenancies)
* Manage complex supplier/customer queries through the Salesforce case management system
* Be involved in Power Billing Transformation - reviewing our current processes and making them fit for the future
* Supplier query calls and debt resolution
This role would suit people who have
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good general IT skills (you're comfortable using programmes in Microsoft Office / 365)
* Utility Industry experience
* Stakeholder management experience with presentation and communication skills
