Summary
GetaTrade Link Ltd is looking for a reliable and skilled Painter & Decorator to join our growing team. We provide professional painting and decorating services to homeowners in the Maidstone and Kent areas.
This is a subcontractor role — you will be representing our brand, carrying out work to a high standard, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key duties:
• Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, stripping wallpaper, etc.)
• Interior and exterior painting
• Wallpapering and finishing
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Following health and safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in painting and decorating (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Own tools and transport (essential)
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Professional and trustworthy attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Subcontractor day rate: depending on experience and performance)
• Ongoing, regular work available
• Branded tops/jumpers provided (deduction from first payments if required)
• Opportunity for pay rise after probation period and proven reliability
