Property Manager | Bury | Full Time | Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm | £22,000 – £26,000 DOE

They have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join their team. In this varied role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Comfortable balancing office admin with on-site property inspections
• Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Physically fit and adaptable – able to carry out inspections (stairs, communal areas, roofs, gutters)
What will your role look like?
• Managing a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Acting as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing guidance and excellent service
• Carrying out property inspections, producing detailed reports, and handling maintenance issues
• Attending AGMs and supporting landlords with budget planning
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to arrange works and negotiate contracts
• Balancing office-based tasks with site visits (approx. 50/50 split)
• Supporting colleagues with training and assisting with complex queries
What can you expect in return?
• Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing every 2 years (up to 27 days)
