A leading global insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Technician to join their Delegated Authority Claims team on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. This role sits within a high-performing operations function that supports technical claims processing and broker services across the London Market.
Your New Role
As an Operations Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting delegated claims activity, ensuring accurate bordereaux handling, financial record maintenance, and client service delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams, third-party administrators, and market stakeholders to ensure claims data is processed efficiently and in line with regulatory standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need prior experience in a Delegated Authority Claims environment within the London Market, along with a working knowledge of systems such as ECF, Claims Centre, or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is essential. You should demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or collaboratively. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is also key.
