About the Role
You'll work with welcoming and supportive nurseries that share our passion for Early Years education. As part of your role, you may support children 1:1, work with small groups, or assist across the nursery setting. Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping children learn, grow, and thrive.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A positive, caring, and energetic attitude
- EYFS Level 2 or 3 qualification (essential for most nurseries)
- Genuine enthusiasm for Early Years learning and development
- Ability to monitor, record, and support a child's progress
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
- Flexibility and commitment to supporting children's development
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to children
- Assist the class or nursery team as a whole
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Support children during activities, playtime, and meal breaks
- Encourage positive behaviour and act as a role model
- Ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment
