Long Term Futures is seeking a motivated Behaviour and Relationships Mentor with a sporting background to join a specialist SEMH school in Grantham, Nottingham. This setting supports learners aged 5 to 16 who have social, emotional and mental health needs and may have struggled in mainstream education. The school combines academic learning with strong pastoral care, helping pupils rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and re-engage with their learning.
If you've worked as a sports coach, PE assistant, or have experience in a sporting environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to transfer your skills into education. What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children or young people (sports coaching, mentoring, or education) - desirable but not essential
