We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Faculty Administrator to join our dynamic team within the faculty of Community Studies at Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College (HLNSC). This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth running of faculty operations and providing essential administrative support and reception duties for the faculty. HLNSC is a high-performing Further Education college offering courses across a range of subject areas to adults and young people. The purpose of the role is to support the efficient running of the faculty. The role will entail reception duties to help provide a welcoming environment for students and visitors. Administrative duties to support the Vice Principal for the faculty. To support with student recruitment processes. To support with student data as part of our management information systems including aspects relating to things such as registers and timetables. The successful candidate will need to hold good ICT and organisational skills. Be confident in performing reception duties with clear and effective communication skills. You will work closely with the Vice Principal for the faculty and the curriculum team leaders to support the overall running of the faculty.
