Summary

Part Time Fitness Consultant
Starting salary between £24414 and £28152 (pro rata) per annum

18.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis
Based at Alive Lynnsport, Kings Lynn

If you are you passionate about health, fitness, and making a real difference in people’s lives by helping them to achieve their fitness goals, we have an opportunity to join our team.

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Fitness Consultant to deliver, personalised health and fitness advice, motivating group exercise classes and exceptional service across our leisure centres. You will be at the heart of our mission to inspire healthier lifestyles, build lasting member relationships, and drive sales through engaging outreach and proactive support.

You will have Level 2 Gym Instructor and RSA Exercise to music qualifications (or willingness to gain these), with a good knowledge of exercise physiology and human behaviour psychology. You will have strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Whether you are leading classes, conducting wellness consultations, or promoting memberships, you will be someone who can thrive in an environment that values inclusivity, personal development, and community impact.
