Summary
We are looking for a friendly, positive individual who is passionate about helping people? We are looking for a proactive individual to support our Damp and Mould team by being the point of contact for our customer, booking surveys and repairs for damp and mould issues.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers that contact us with reports of damp and mould in their homes, taking the lead on triaging each case and then arranging surveys and remedial works accordingly, also being the point of contact for follow on queries you will need excellent customer service and organisational skills.
You will be working in a professional, friendly team that enjoy rising to the challenge of working in a repairs and maintenance function of housing.
What we need from you:
Relevant experience within an office environment including dealing with customers on the phone and in person, organising diaries and workloads for colleagues etc
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, showing empathy and patience for our customers.
High levels of organisation with the ability to deal with competing priorities
