Summary

Are you a property professional who is passionate about making a real difference to people's lives? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled surveyor to join our Housing Repairs Service at South Holland District Council.



This newly created role focusses on one of the most pressing issues in housing today- the inspection and rectification of damp and mould within our homes. The role is designed to assist our service in not only meet our legislative requirements but to ensure our tenants are at the heart of our processes and procedures.



In this crucial role you will be responsible for carrying out surveys, making recommendations for initial remedial, rectification and preventative measures, liaising with members of the immediate repairs team, our tenants and external contractors.
