· Partner with senior leaders to align inclusion initiatives with business goals.
· Support and coach employee network chairs to connect activity plans with strategy.
· Deliver talent development programmes that support underrepresented groups.

· Use surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to identify barriers, track progress, and inform decisions.
· Collaborate with global teams to share best practice and ensure alignment.
· Apply a DEI perspective across recruitment, communications, learning, procurement, and product design.
· Build strong relationships to influence inclusive leadership and culture change.
· Advise on learning content, facilitate workshops, and contribute to behavioural standards.

· Translate strategic goals into annual plans and report progress to stakeholders.

What you’ll need to do the role:

· Experience in DEI or related functions (talent, learning, organisational development, change) with a strong inclusion focus.
· Deep understanding of diverse identities, systemic barriers, and current DEI trends.
· Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret diversity metrics, legislation, and benchmarking to drive decisions.
· Experience managing external partnerships in DEI contexts.
· Knowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural science to support sustainable culture change.
· Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, able to challenge constructively at all levels.
· Confidence to disrupt the norm with evidence-based insights and purpose.
