We achieve this through offering a suite of long-term interventions that support attainment raising, provide information, advice and guidance and assist progression to higher education and level 4 learning for targeted priority groups.

Our core values are:

Caring - Creating a culture where people feel valued, safe, heard, supported and respected.

Collaboration - Actively collaborating across our programme strands, partner HEI’s and externally for the mutual benefit of all.

Inclusion - Valuing and respecting the contribution of every individual, recognising and celebrating difference.

Reflection - Gaining insight on how to move forward by exploring and examining ourselves, our perspectives, attributes, experiences, actions and interactions personally and professionally.
