Summary
Northern Ventilation Services Ltd manufactures and installs commercial ventilation ductwork systems across the UK. We are seeking 2 enthusiastic and hardworking factory operatives to join our manufacturing team based in Killingworth. The candidates should be hard working, punctual and committed. This is an entry level position, no experience is necessary and training will be given, but for a strong candidate there is the opportunity for progression to a semi-skilled worker.
Duties will include:
Undertaking manufacturing processes using a range of tools and machinery
Sorting and storing stock
Preparing goods for transportation
Loading and unloading deliveries
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Following health and safety procedures
Other reasonable tasks as requested to meet the needs of the business
The successful candidates will be responsible to the Factory Production Manager
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30AM - 4PM, Friday 7.30AM-1.30AM with opportunities for evening and weekend working paid at premium rates. 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays
