We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our Costa Coffee stores. As the face of Costa, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer enjoys an unbeatable coffee experience, while driving your store’s performance to achieve its targets.​

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll motivate, train, and support your team to deliver excellence every day.

Job Description

You’ll take ownership of the store’s success, balancing operational standards, team engagement, and customer satisfaction. From managing stock and cash to overseeing health and safety, you’ll ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently, all while championing Costa’s values and creating a positive environment for your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Manage financial and operational performance to achieve targets.

Ensure brand standards and policies are consistently upheld.

Oversee staff deployment and rota management.

Maintain stock levels and ordering processes to meet demand while controlling costs.

Uphold health and safety standards for staff and customers.

Handle and resolve customer complaints in line with company policy.

Deliver effective communication and implement business updates.

Support succession planning and team development through coaching and reviews.

Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.

Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.

Confident decision-maker with effective delegation ability.

Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and costs.
