  • Maintain confidentiality at all times - student information must only be shared with Randstad.

  • Arrive early to lectures so you are fully prepared to support the student.

  • Produce accurate, clear, and well-structured notes (typed or handwritten, depending on the student's needs).

  • Adapt your note-taking to suit each individual student's requirements.

  • Review and edit notes to ensure clarity and readability before sharing with the student.

  • Provide notes within the agreed time frame.

  • Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with the student.

  • Follow university policies and regulations at all times.

Requirements
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to use your own laptop for note-taking (if required).

  • Neat and legible handwriting (if required).

  • Ability to keep up with lectures and capture key information in real time.

  • Punctual, reliable, and highly organised.

Desirable
  • Educated to degree level, with an understanding of academic lectures.

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or learning difficulties.

What We Offer
  • Flexible working hours that fit around your schedule.

  • Experience with the UK's leading provider of student support services.

  • Opportunity to attend university lectures across a variety of subject areas.

  • paid holiday (pro rata).

  • Access to e-learning and CPD opportunities.

If you want to make a real difference in the lives of students while gaining valuable experience, we would love to hear from you.
