Summary

Ingeus are currently looking for a Specialist Supply Chain Lead to work with spot purchase suppliers delivering services to participants that we serve, ensuring Partners meet performance and contract expectations and provide a high-quality service to participants. Support will include the account management of partners, ensuring contracts are monitored and upheld, and manage compliance and due diligence processes, including financial reconciliation of invoices. In addition, you will provide a first line support to partners, addressing queries, managing outgoing communications and facilitating understanding of service offering to internal teams.

What youll be doing as the Specialist Supply Chain Lead:

  • Providing operational support to Spot Purchase Supply Chain Partners delivering services to Ingeus participants on the Restart Scheme in Central and West London and delivering expert advice on operational processes, as well as being the main point of contact for all contractual matters.
  • Supporting the Integration Team and wider Operations teams to achieve divisional objectives and successfully implement improvement plans.
  • Ensuring providers are complying with the appropriate compliance expectations and information security standards by regularly liaising with the Compliance and Audit and Information Security teams
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, and value-for-money principles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of specialist providers, ensuring alignment with programme goals.
  • Manage partner financial reconciliation process and invoice control alongside Ingeus corporate team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate spot purchase services seamlessly into operational delivery.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and operating practices.

To be the Supply Chain Coordinator you will;

  • Strong understanding of spot purchase mechanisms and agile commissioning models.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, understanding contractual obligations and importance of accurate CRM database information.
  • Have excellent presentation, listening and written skills
