Summary
Essential criteria: Experience in managing a Supply Chain Management systems Experience of delivering systems support within an ITIL aligned organisation Experience in managing inventory, cost management and accounts payable within an ERP system Demonstrable knowledge of managing change through the product delivery life cycle Demonstrable ability to engage and communicate technical concepts and complex issues with key stakeholders at an operational and strategic level Excellent written and verbal communication skills One or more of the following:- Information Technology (IT) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Software Engineering- Oracle Fusion SCM Foundation Associate certification (or working towards) Desirable criteria: Project Management: PRINCE2 or Agile foundation level certification Digital, Data & Technology: ITIL Service Management foundation level certification, Lean Six Sigma foundation level certification One or more of the following:SCM, HCM, EPM, ERP or OCI Foundation associate certifications AI for OCI and/or Cloud applications foundation level certifications Selection Process Detail This vacancy is using Success Profiles and will assess your Behaviours, Strengths, Experience and Technical skills. Stage 2: Interview Success profiles You will be invited to a face to face interview in Canary Wharf,London. A remote interview will be offered in exceptional circumstances. Location This role is being offered as hybrid working based at any of our Core HQs. We offer great flexible working opportunities at UKHSA and operate using a hybrid working model where business needs allow. As a hybrid worker, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of your contractual working hours (approximately 3 days a week pro rata, (averaged over a month) working at one of UKHSA's core HQs (Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, andLondon). Our core HQ offices are modern and newly refurbished with excellent city centre transport link and benefit from benefit from co-location with other government departments such as the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC). Salary Bands: National: £31,997 to £39,076Outer London: £34,093 to £41,509Inner London: £36,187 to £43,552 This role also attracts a Market Pay Supplement alongside the base salary. This is £5000 up to 31 December 2026. Security Clearance Level Requirement Successful candidates must pass a disclosure and barring security check. Successful candidates will require Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) as a minimum with willingness and capability to work towards Security Check (SC). You should normally have been resident in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years to obtain Security Check (SC).
