Summary
Connect Appointments are recruiting a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our Blackford-based client.
What's on offer?
- An ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week
- Paid weekly at £12.60 per hour
Working as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Initial point of contact for customer, clients and suppliers
- Greet all visitors and dealing with enquires
- Provide administration support
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Other general administrative duties
To be successful in this Receptionist/Admin Assistant role, you will ideally have previous experience within a similar position. Combined with the following skills and traits:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good numeric skills
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
