We are looking for an ServiceNow System Administrator to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Track record of managing and operating a secure ServiceNow environment including the integration of ServiceNow Platform with other Technologies.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting the development of team members to assist in the provision of a first-class service, ensuring the necessary levels of expertise and providing capability across organisational boundaries when required.
- Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across an enterprise tooling infrastructure, individually or as part of a team, showing initiative when tackling issues and providing potential solutions where applicable.
- Proven experience of effectively communicating at different levels to various technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable experience of managing releases using Software Delivery Lifecycles.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or extensive ServiceNow Administration experience. Successful candidates who are deemed to have extensive experience would be expected to achieve this qualification within 12 months.

We're looking for someone who thrives in complex technical environments to join us at DWP Digital, home to the largest government rollout of ServiceNow in Europe.
You'll help keep our platforms running smoothly, including ServiceNow and Amazon Web Voice, supporting over 120,000 colleagues and 20 million citizens. From managing day-to-day operations to solving tricky technical issues, you'll play a key role in keeping our digital services secure, stable and future-ready.
This is a hands-on role where you'll get stuck into everything from infrastructure monitoring to 3rd line support, while also helping shape the future of our platforms. You'll lead a small team, grow your expertise in areas like security and integrations and work in a fast-paced environment that's all about making life easier for our users.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is more convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £52,442.
Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth over £12,000 per year.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
