Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday + out of hours support during peak times
£25,000 - £30,000

We are now seeking a proactive and highly organised Audit and Distributions Systems Coordinator to join our growing Systems team, to support in the ongoing development and maintenance of our Audit and Order Management systems.

The successful person will work on a wide range of technical systems that support our Audit and Order Distribution operation as well as supporting with the testing and introduction of new systems and software.

Audit and Distribution oversees stock distribution across our retail network as well as stock accuracy and control. We also are responsible for the dispatch of all customer orders placed through our own Beaverbrooks website & telephone sales channels along with Next and Very Group connected affiliate websites.

Main Responsibilities

Working closely with the Audit and Distribution operational team as well as Digital and Brand, IT and others, to ensure systems are maintained, configured and continually improved based on Operational needs.
Responding to, co-ordinating and resolving Operational Systems issues
Working with our third-party suppliers to fix issues within tight timescales
Developing and executing user acceptance tests of system functionality
Raising bugs discovered in investigation and testing fixes within relevant environments.
Participating in process design meetings to ensure solutions are developed to Business Requirements and expectations
Supporting with planned system enhancement deployments
Providing out of hours Systems support to our Audit and Distribution Operations during our busy Peak Trade campaigns (e.g. Christmas and Valentines sales campaigns)

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Previous experience of working on Systems process design
Experience of managing system bugs or issue resolution
